Our team develops precise CAD drawings and 3D visualizations to refine your project. After your approval, we provide material samples, custom furniture options, joinery plans, and accessory specifications to ensure every detail aligns with your vision.

4. Execution & Seamless Handover

We manage every aspect of your project, from construction to installation, ensuring no delays or budget surprises. Our in-house team delivers your vision with precision, followed by a professional clean and a personalized handover pack, including a 12-month warranty on renovations, furnishings, and electronics.

5. Comprehensive Project Management & Permits

Our end-to-end project management covers all permits, planning applications, and compliance reports. We coordinate with building controllers, structural engineers, and third-party firms, handling all surveys and certifications. You receive a complete document package with essential contacts and certifications, ensuring a hassle-free process for your restaurant or commercial fit-out.
