HOW WE DO?
1. Free Initial Consultation
Our first on-site visit is entirely free, allowing us to learn about your vision and specific project requirements. This initial meeting helps us understand your goals, the building, and its surroundings, which are essential to delivering a design tailored to you.
2. Free Design Presentation & Budget Consultation
In our second, no-cost meeting, we share professional insights and provide a comprehensive budget overview based on your project’s concept ideas. We present initial design sketches, creative ideas, spatial layouts, and visual aids. If you decide to move forward, we can then formalize the tender, contracts, and project schedule.
3. Interior Design & Detailed Planning
Our team creates CAD layout drawings and 3D visualizations to refine the design concept, ensuring it aligns with your preferences and expectations. Once approved, we proceed to the detailed design phase, providing color and material samples, custom furniture options, specification files & accessory lists, and joinery plans for your review and approval.
4. Execution & Handover
We bring your design to life through full project management and in-house implementation, with Kapeti overseeing every phase from start to finish. This means no waiting on deliveries, coordinating suppliers, or budget surprises. We also include a 12-month warranty covering renovations, construction, joinery, furnishing, electronics, and more. Once the project is completed and professionally cleaned, we present a personalized handover pack with key documents, supplier contacts, and warranties.
5. PLUS: Comprehensive Project Management & Permits
Our project management service includes handling all necessary permits and approvals, such as planning permission applications, tracking and correspondence, and preparing specific reports required by local authorities. We appoint and manage the building controller, collaborate with third-party graphic design firms, and coordinate with structural engineering companies to ensure project compliance. Throughout the project and upon completion, we conduct all necessary surveys and acquire certifications from building control and council authorities. Finally, we organize and deliver a comprehensive document package to our clients, covering all certifications and essential contacts. Our team seamlessly manages the entire process, providing end-to-end oversight and managing complex interactions with all third-party institutions on your behalf.
